Australian Shepherd Picks the 'Wrong Cat to Terrorize'

An Australian Shepherd and a cat at home

While dogs and cats can coexist, it is uncommon for them to be best friends. Sometimes, the cat might be the one picking on the dog. Other times, it's the other way around. In a recent TikTok video, a mischievous merle Australian Shepherd named Silver is seen barking at her cat sibling named Timber.

Even though Timber very much wants to be left alone, Silver doesn't just care — she keeps barking at Timber anyway! According to their owner, the dog thinks she is safe because the cat is in the tunnel. Silver usually never bothers Timber but, according to their owner, the dog wanted to press her luck that morning.

After being barked at for a while, Timber finally had enough. The viral clip, captioned, "Timber said F around and find out," shows Timber bolting out of the tunnel and immediately chasing after the 'terrorist.' The dog definitely changed her mind real quick when the cat came out of the tunnel. When Timber finally caught up with Silver, he gave her a few slaps, after which their owner could be heard laughing and saying, "I told you," "You've picked the wrong kitty."

"I love how he follows her around like "You wanted me, now you got," one user wrote in the comment. Another user commented, "I was not expecting a cat the size of the dog, I love this so much." Replying to this comment, the animals' owner said Timber weighs 16 pounds while Silver weighs 22 pounds.
